Hello!
This series provides documentation updates:
1. Add Design documentation for expedited grace periods.
2. Fix RCU requirements typos, courtesy of Tetsuo Handa.
3. doc: Update control-dependencies section of memory-barriers.txt.
4. Update data-structures documentation to note that quick-quiz
answers are now inline.
5. Add rcutree.rcu_kick_kthreads to kernel-parameters.txt.
