I have applied the first four patches, thanks.

And another kvm-unit-tests series allows two improvements for v2 of
[5/5]: You can add "group = hyperv" to the test in x86/unittests.cfg and
use on_cpus() instead of open coded run-on-all-cpus-and-wait sequence.
