Yes, and also remove the while(pid) loop as Rik suggests, just do

	read_lock(&tasklist_lock);
	nr = 2;
	idr_for_each_entry_continue(..., nr) {
		kill pid_task()
	}
	read_unlock(&tasklist_lock);
