[PATCH v2 0/3] xfs: skip unnecessary discards

Hi all,

Here's v2 of the skip discards series. The only difference from the
previous version is some factoring cleanups. This has since passed more
(online discard enabled) xfstests runs without exploding.

Thoughts, reviews, flames appreciated.
