Why are you introducing PIXIEWPS_MAKE_OPTS instead of using
TARGET_CONFIGURE_OPTS directly ?
Indeed your change also has the consequence of passing PREFIX=/usr at
build time. Is this necessary ? This seems like an unrelated change.
