[U-Boot] [PATCH] fdt_support: Use CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS if necessary

If CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS is bigger than the default
value (4) define MEMORY_BANKS_MAX as CONFIG_NR_DRAM_BANKS.
