[PATCH 09/12] staging: rtl8188eu: write out multiplying in wifirate2_ratetbl_inx()

Write out multiplying in wifirate2_ratetbl_inx() to improve
readabilitiy and clear checkpatch issues with missing spaces
around '*' operator.
