You should try to see if this happens for 4.19, or best yet, 4.20 or
5.0-rc. If so, then ask about this on the networking mailing list,
nothing we can do here about that.
And, if it does work properly, and you do find an easy reproducer, try
using 'git bisect' to find the fix and let us know would be great.
