(not really a kernel panic, just a warning that processes are stuck for
more than 2m waiting for fs I/O).

So it looks like the deb9u11 update brought issues with the vbd
behavior, did anybody experience this?

The dom0 and domU kernels are linux-image-4.9.0-8-amd64 4.9.130-2.
