Applied to master with a few changes.

> +menuconfig BR2_PACKAGE_NETSNIFF_NG

Kept "config" here. We don't typically have a "menuconfig" for just one
sub-option.

I changed this to use the allbutmausezahn and install_allbutmausezahn targets.
