Hello!

This series provides a couple of documentation updates:

1.	Document real world rcuref examples from the Linux kernel,
	courtesy of Joel Fernandes.

2.	Fixup definition of rcupdate.rcu_task_stall_timeout, courtesy
	of Zhenzhong Duan.
