PCI fixes:

  - Reset both NVIDIA GPU and HDA in ThinkPad P50 quirk, which was
    broken by another quirk that enabled the HDA device (Lyude Paul)

  - Fix pciebus-howto.rst documentation filename typo (Bjorn Helgaas)
