After that, run_one() does cd `dirname $TEST` For all tests except the first one, `dirname $TEST` is ., which means they cannot access the files generated in $(OUTPUT). Fix by using $(addprefix) to prepend $(OUTPUT) to each member of $(TEST_PROGS).
