Subject: [Xen-devel] [PATCH v3] x86/save: reserve HVM save record numbers that have been consumed...
Date: Thu, 19 Dec 2019 17:38:19 +0000	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20191219173819.14065-1-pdurrant@amazon.com> (raw)

...for patches not (yet) upstream.

This patch is simply adding a comment to reserve save record number space
to avoid the risk of clashes between existent downstream changes made by
Amazon and future upstream changes which may be incompatible.

v3:
 - Reduced range and clarified inclusivity

v2:
 - Reduce patch to just a comment
