[PATCH 3/3] tests/docker: Update VirGL to v0.8.0

Building the qemu:debian-amd64 fails when building VirGL:

VirGL commits a8962eda1..a613dcc82 fix this problem.
Update to VirGL 0.8.0 which contains them.
