[PATCH] Fix bitbake-layerindex to checkout the requested branch

Bitbake-layerindex would not respect the branch given with -b .
This fixes the clone command.

V2: Corrected 'branch' back to 'branches' and added
    a FIXME on multiple LAYERSERIES_CORENAMES.
