Additional nit in addition to the previous review...

When the target is a directory, make it sure to copy to a directory by
appending a trailing '/' :

    cp -dpfr $(@D)/build/linux-*-release/images/jre/lib/ \
        (TARGET_DIR)/$(OPENJDK_INSTALL_BASE)/
