This used to be rproc_rvdev_remove_device(), and now it is
rproc_virtio_device_remove()...  I would have expected
rproc_virtio_remove_device() to be consistent.  At the very least, it will sure
make it easier for me to connect the dots.

Not only did the name flipped but freeing the vrings has been moved to
rproc_remove_virtio_dev() without explanation.
