Applied; BTW, what happens if
        ctx->id = ida_simple_get(&eventfd_ida, 0, 0, GFP_KERNEL);
fails?  Quitely succeed with BS value (-ENOSPC/-ENOMEM) shown by
eventfd_show_fdinfo()?
