The patch titled
     Subject: ipc/shm.c: remove the superfluous break
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ipc-shmc-remove-the-superfluous-break.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Remove the superfuous break, as there is a 'return' before it.
