[PATCH] dt-bindings: PCI: intel,lgm-pcie: Fix matching on all snps,dw-pcie instances

The intel,lgm-pcie binding is matching on all snps,dw-pcie instances
which is wrong. Add a custom 'select' entry to fix this.
