Actually 'eventually succeed' is not even quite right

There are situations where a driver object will be created and then
destroyed during error unwind of the syscall eg via
RDMA_REMOVE_ABORT_HWOBJ

In which case, again, destroy must succeed or memory gets leaked and a
WARN_ON trigger. This might be a problem still in the devx stuff :\
