Currently REG_SP_INDIRECT is unused but means (%rsp + offset),
change it to mean (%rsp) + offset.

This is somewhat unfortunate, since REG_BP_INDIRECT is used (by DRAP)
and thus needs to retain the current (%rbp + offset).
