lvconvert: thin errorwhenfull and recalculation

When converting an existing LV to thin-pool,
user may now pass also '--errorwhenfull' option
like with 'lvcreate'.

Also recalculate chunksize when performace profile is
used with conversion (again matching lvcreate).

Adds missing flagging for uncropped metadata sizes.
