Hi Alexandru,

Other than the two warnings that 0-day found I'm fine with this.
Hence I've fixed those up as follows
1) Indent was obvious so fixed.
2) val being set but not used.  As far as I can tell, it has no relevance
   where that happened, so I just dropped it.  If that's wrong let
   me know.
