[PATCH v2 1/7] crypto/tlscreds: Introduce qcrypto_tls_creds_check_endpoint() helper

Introduce the qcrypto_tls_creds_check_endpoint() helper
to access QCryptoTLSCreds internal 'endpoint' field.
