The IPQ MDIO driver currently supports the chipset IPQ40xx, IPQ807x,
IPQ60xx and IPQ50xx.

Add the compatible 'qcom,ipq5018-mdio' because of ethernet LDO dedicated
to the IPQ5018 platform.
