Hurpm.. what actual hardware does that? PPC uses LWSYNC for
ACQUIRE/RELEASE, and ARM64 has RCsc RELEASE+ACQUIRE ordering.

Both should provide RC-TSO (or stronger) for UNLOCK-A + LOCK-B.
