The field HalData of struct adapter is a void pointer and it is always
casted to 'struct hal_data_8188e *' in this driver.

Covert the type of HalData to 'struct hal_data_8188e *' and replace the
usages of the GET_HAL_DATA macro by using adapter->HalData directly.

Finally we can remove the GET_HAL_DATA macro.
