The patch titled
     Subject: documentation-vm-page_ownerrst-update-the-documentation-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     documentation-vm-page_ownerrst-update-the-documentation-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into documentation-vm-page_ownerrst-update-the-documentation.patch
