The patch titled
     Subject: mm/ksm: use helper macro __ATTR_RW
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-ksm-use-helper-macro-__attr_rw.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm/ksm: use helper macro __ATTR_RW

Use helper macro __ATTR_RW to define KSM_ATTR to make code more clear. 
Minor readability improvement.
