[merged] kasan-merge-__kasan_report-into-kasan_report.patch removed from -mm tree

     Subject: kasan: merge __kasan_report into kasan_report
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kasan-merge-__kasan_report-into-kasan_report.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: kasan: merge __kasan_report into kasan_report

Merge __kasan_report() into kasan_report().  The code is simple enough to
be readable without the __kasan_report() helper.
