The patch titled
Subject: mm/mempolicy: convert from atomic_t to refcount_t on mempolicy->refcnt
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mempolicy-convert-from-atomic_t-to-refcount_t-on-mempolicy-refcnt.patch
This patch was dropped because it was nacked
