This "Series: 2" line does not belong into commit message, becuase it
would end up in 'git log', which doesn't make sense :-)

Instead the commit subject should look like
  [PATCH v2] ...
which can be done by
  git format-patch --subject-prefix="PATCH v2"

But I guess Stefan can remove it when applying the patch, so
