The quilt patch titled
     Subject: fixup! mm: Introduce PTE_MARKER swap entry
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-introduce-pte_marker-swap-entry-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-introduce-pte_marker-swap-entry.patch
