build fix
__get_huge_page_for_hwpoison() is not needed when CONFIG_HUGETLB_PAGE is
n, so extending "#ifdef CONFIG_HUGETLB_PAG" to cover
__get_huge_page_for_hwpoison() would be a simple resolution.
