The quilt patch titled
     Subject: ia64-fix-clock_getresclock_monotonic-to-report-itc-frequency-checkpatch-fixes
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ia64-fix-clock_getresclock_monotonic-to-report-itc-frequency-checkpatch-fixes.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into ia64-fix-clock_getresclock_monotonic-to-report-itc-frequency.patch
