The quilt patch titled
     Subject: mmap: use the VMA iterator in count_vma_pages_range()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mmap-use-the-vma-iterator-in-count_vma_pages_range.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

This simplifies the implementation and is faster than using the linked
list.
