The quilt patch titled
Subject: shmem: convert shmem_symlink() to use a folio
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
shmem-convert-shmem_symlink-to-use-a-folio.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

While symlinks will always be < PAGE_SIZE, using the folio APIs gets rid
of unnecessary calls to compound_head().
