[merged mm-stable] kmsan-mark-noinstr-as-__no_sanitize_memory.patch removed from -mm tree

The quilt patch titled
     Subject: kmsan: mark noinstr as __no_sanitize_memory
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kmsan-mark-noinstr-as-__no_sanitize_memory.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

noinstr functions should never be instrumented, so make KMSAN skip them by
applying the __no_sanitize_memory attribute.
