Use try_cmpxchg() (instead of cmpxchg()) in a more readable way.
oval = smp_load_acquire(&sk->sk_tsq_flags);
do {
...
} while (!try_cmpxchg(&sk->sk_tsq_flags, &oval, nval));
Reduce indentation level.
