The quilt patch titled
Subject: hfsplus-remove-unnecessary-variable-initialization-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
hfsplus-remove-unnecessary-variable-initialization-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into hfsplus-remove-unnecessary-variable-initialization.patch
