The quilt patch titled

has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-mmap-start-distinguishing-if-vma-can-be-removed-in-mergeability-test-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-mmap-start-distinguishing-if-vma-can-be-removed-in-mergeability-test.patch
