Remove extra blank lines as suggested by the Linux kernel
coding-style. These issues were reported by checkpatch.

CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary before a close brace '}'
CHECK: Blank lines aren't necessary after an open brace '{'
CHECK: Please don't use multiple blank lines
