The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm: fix: remove ksm_add_mm and ksm_add_vmas
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-add-new-api-to-enable-ksm-per-process-fix-2.patch
This patch was dropped because an updated version will be merged
