Right, but it's not a fault of UEFI but U-Boot itself.
The purpose here is to synchronise the DM status and UEFI devices
(in this case, efi_disk) accordingly.
I still believe that adding a hook is a good practice.
(Note that a remove function may be called at any device *scan*
(or info) command.)
