The quilt patch titled
Subject: mailmap: add entries for Ben Dooks
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mailmap-add-entries-for-ben-dooks.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-hotfixes-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

I am going to be losing my sifive.com address soon and I also realised my
old Simtec address (from >10 years ago) is also not been updates so update
.mailmap for both.
