The quilt patch titled
     Subject: Fix for "mm: handle faults that merely update the accessed bit under the VMA lock"
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-handle-faults-that-merely-update-the-accessed-bit-under-the-vma-lock-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-handle-faults-that-merely-update-the-accessed-bit-under-the-vma-lock.patch
