The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm/page_io: convert bio_associate_blkg_from_page() to take in a folio
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-page_io-convert-bio_associate_blkg_from_page-to-take-in-a-folio.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into the mm-stable branch
of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/akpm/mm

two implicit calls to compound_head() by taking in a folio.
