The quilt patch titled
Subject: mm-remove-redundant-k-macro-definition-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-remove-redundant-k-macro-definition-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into mm-remove-redundant-k-macro-definition.patch
